Saved plan text, settings, and manual edits sync to your account (database) and appear on other devices when you are logged in. This browser keeps a local copy for speed; changes upload automatically after a short delay.
Use Generate plan for a new block (calendar + Plan phases: Initial β Progression β Taper, plus optional Recovery after the race when set). Post-race recovery only applies when a race date is set. Use the small edit icon on each week to reorder sessions (drag and drop) or skip a run. For Update plan, the app sends your saved plan, any manual edits, and the last ~14 days as per-run detail. The model should keep past weeks unchanged and only revise today onward, with What changed and why at the top.
